Grand Hotel Oriente Naples

The hotel was contemporary and clean, with a good bathroom and great amenities. The breakfast served on the rooftop restaurant offered a fine view of the sea, and it was lovely to enjoy eating out on the terrace when the weather allowed. The location was fantastic, just off a popular shopping street and close to city transportation. The staff was generally nice and helpful, and the rooms were well-appointed and spacious.

One downside was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition. the air conditioning in the room was not powerful enough, made for some uncomfortably warm nights.

This place is in a great location, just off the main shopping street and within walking distance from the historic center. It's also conveniently right next to a metro station. The staff here were very helpful and managed to do what very few other hotels ever could - they delivered a birthday cake to my room without any reminders or chasing after the initial request. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The terrace on the 9th floor offers stunning views of the city.
